The timing of the announcement was highly intentional, so that the news could take center stage with shareholders and generate synergy between the announcement and news cycle that ultimately became the key catalyst for a spike in company stock.
The campaign showcased a new way to "try before you buy" with trialing a contract-to-hire working relationship before committing to long-term, full-time employment. The GTM strategy took a phased approach starting with Press, integrated extensions across owned & paid channels followed by evergreen efforts. Full-time hiring was a natural progression to help customers given the Future Workforce Report showed that 93% of hiring managers convert freelancers into full-time employees.
